Files are uploaded using an insecure medium (unless changed). Information in files could be seen by an "eavesdropper."

Once on our server, files are not published or stored. Immediately after processing, they are removed, though copies may remain on storage mediums (temporary files, etc). We do not accept liability for the protection of information.

Passwords

We reserve the right to keep a copy of the encryption password, or "key," that is provided by you, in order to comply with regulations and governing laws. Copies of files, however, are not kept.
